SPA Policy

Please arrive at least 15 minutes early for your appointment. This allows time for your new patient registration or to complete your consent form if you are not a new patient. It also allows a little cushion of time should you encounter more traffic or parking difficulty than usual.  Treatments take a certain amount of time and we want to be sure you get the best and full treatment.  Avoiding additional stress can also make your treatment more enjoyable.  Certain treatments may have some discomfort and we find that if you are relaxed, they are better tolerated.   If you arrive late, we may need to reschedule all or a portion of your treatment and No Show Fee may apply (see below).
We understand your time is valuable and know you understand the same for us.  We strive to remain on schedule and provide excellent care and service.  We have a 24 business hour cancellation policy.  Please understand why we take a $50 deposit at the time of scheduling a service that is applied to the cost of the service or product.  Initial consultations are exempt.  We understand that things such as illness, work, or traffic can occur, so a one-time courtesy reschedule is offered and the deposit reapplied to the rescheduled appointment.  Additional “no-shows” or late cancellations or late arrivals will result in forfeiture of the deposit.  Prepare for your visit as follows:
